Another drop of rain for Illustration Friday

Vincent was painted sometime ago...when it was snowing...but he asked me to take out the snow...he'll now wait for the rain...just for Illustration Friday....and for you....
......................................
I painted this sometime ago, and the original painting was with falling snow (one of my postcards). I really wanted to paint something new for IF...but for some reasons, I'm afraid I won't be able to do so...and since Vincent has been bugging me...so, here he is....

I like the perspective of the illo and how Vincent holds out his palm to feel the rain.

Cute little guy. What medium is he painted in? Digital? He's so 3-dimensional!

nice little illustration; like the contrast of heavy shadows. Looking forward to seeing more.

lovely lovely image, i like that there is no actual rain - yet. just the threat of rain and li'l vincent is deciding whether or not it's worth the risk ! i think he has some important business to attend to so he'll probably go for it.
i absolutely agree with you about being in a supposedly creative job that isn't ! that's why i'm here too. see you next week.

at one glance, the umbrella on his head looks like a hat or sumthing...not one of my favourite i might say, nevertheless it is beautiful :)

The picture has a feelings of sadness, desparation and seems like looking for something. The colours are too dark and the eys are sad without new hope. My friend, what happen to you on this day?
